Annual Dinner 2010 The Historical Foundation Hillsborough and Orange County celebrated its first anniversary with an Annual Dinner at The Depot on Nash Street on June 13, 2010. One hundred people were on hand as Beverly R. Webb recieved the 2010 Engstrom Award for meritorious service.
